Sridhar Racherla is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Manager at Charles Schwab since August 2021, Racherla previously held the role of Sr. Software Developer at TD Ameritrade from September 2006 to August 2021. Early in the career, Racherla worked as a Technical Architect at Marsh & McLennan and gained experience as a Senior Associate in Technology at Riskspan. Racherla began career as a Research Assistant at the IBM Centre for Excellence from 2001 to 2003. Racherla holds a degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
