Catherine MacGregor is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director & Associate General Counsel at Charles Schwab since July 2005, Catherine previously held the position of Vice President Compliance at the same firm. Prior to Charles Schwab, Catherine worked as an Associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP from October 1999 to June 2005. Catherine's career also includes roles as Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary at AIB Govett, Inc. and Assistant Treasurer & Manager, Fund Administration at JP Morgan. Catherine holds an MBA and LLB from McGill University and a BA in Management-Economics from the University of Guelph.
