Ryan Pothier is a seasoned Project Manager at Charles River Laboratories, with a tenure beginning in January 2015. Under this role, Ryan also held positions as a Senior Laboratory Technician and Technologist, specializing in genetic testing services. Key competencies include crude and clean DNA extraction, PCR and qPCR techniques, SNP assays, and PCR digestion using restriction enzymes, along with experience in sample coordination and familiarity with advanced laboratory platforms such as Quantstudio, Perkin Elmer Scicole G3, and Beckman Coulter Biomek. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience as a Surgical Assistant at Newburyport Oral Surgery from 2012 to 2013 and interned at J. Peter St. Clair, Family and Esthetic Dentistry in 2010. Ryan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Keene State College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
