Mitchell Kreul has a robust background in customer service and technical expertise, with experience at Charles Industries, LLC as a member of the technical team since September 2017. In parallel, Mitchell has been employed at Jewel-Osco since September 2010, serving as an Associate Shift Supervisor and managing various responsibilities, including grocery checkout, customer service desk operations, item returns, and guiding employees.
