Shirlene Ogburn has extensive experience in human resources and administrative management, currently serving as the Supervisor of Employee Services and previously as a Human Resources Generalist with Charles County Public Schools since September 2013. Prior to this role, Shirlene Ogburn served in the United States Air Force from February 1986 to December 2011 as a Medical Education and Training Manager, where responsibilities included executive management and conducting mass training courses. Shirlene Ogburn holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University-Maryland.
