Jacqueline Cheaves, MA, NCC, is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Supervising Counselor for Charles County Public Schools since August 2021, where responsibilities include assisting the Director of Student Services and supervising counselors across all grade levels to implement the American School Counselors Association model. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was the Department Chair of Counseling at St. Charles High School from 2014 to January 2022, coordinating a team of nine to support over 1,200 students and their families. Additionally, Jacqueline held the position of Department Chair at Westlake High School from 2006 to 2014, managing counseling operations for a student body of 1,400. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from The George Washington University.
