Maty Zwaig is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and philanthropy. Currently serving as COO/CFO at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, Maty has previously held leadership positions as CEO of Scale-Up and Human Capital Programs Director at Start-Up Nation Central. Maty's background also includes significant roles at Ness Technologies as VP of Digital & Technologies and at IBM, where Maty served as Director of Application Managed Services and Director of the Infrastructure Professional Services Department. Maty holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, completed between 1980 and 1983.
