Lisa Mulrooney Gross is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at ChargePoint since October 2021. Previously, Lisa held the position of Head of HR for Fitbit at Google, overseeing HR functions during Fitbit’s integration into Google from April 2017 to August 2021. Lisa's extensive background includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Bayer, where Lisa led HR for the Global Biotech Product Supply business, and as Senior Director of Global HR Business Partner at Applied Materials. Early career experiences include HR roles at Elo Touch Solutions, Tyco, and TCSI Corporation. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
