Parthiban Kanagalingam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Parthiban started their career as a Summer Intern at Pathfinders Destination Management in 2013, where they were awarded a Pre Placement Offer. Parthiban then moved on to Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where they took on various coordinator roles, including Confluence (Business fest), Chaos (Cultural fest), and Computer Centre Committee (IT infra and SAC club), from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Parthiban joined Axis Bank as a Management Trainee for a year before transitioning to IndiaProperty.com in 2015 as a Product Manager. Parthiban held this position until 2018 before joining Chargebee as a Product Manager. At Chargebee, Parthiban steadily progressed to Senior Product Manager in 2021 and later became a Group Product Manager in 2022.

Parthiban Kanagalingam began their education in 2006 at Vidya Vikas Matric Higher Secondary School in Thiruchengode. Parthiban completed their Class XII in Computer Science in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, Parthiban attended the College of Engineering, Guindy, where they pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science. Finally, in 2012 to 2014, Parthiban studied at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they completed a PGP degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
