Matthew Blank started their work experience as an I.T Consultant at Pinellas Education Foundation in October 2011. Matthew then worked as a Site Admin at Greenwich Public Schools from February 2012 to June 2012. In June 2012, they joined Crius Energy, LLC as a Technology Support Associate and later transitioned to the role of Technology Analyst/Production Support from May 2014 to February 2015. Matthew then served as a Salesforce Administrator at Crius Energy, LLC from February 2015 to August 2018. After that, they worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Baker Technologies from October 2018 to March 2020. Matthew later became a Salesforce Administrator at Cloud Elements, a UiPath company from March 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Chargebee starting from June 2021.

Matthew Blank attended the University of Tampa from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Art degree with a major in English. In February 2021, they also obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
