Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an accomplished software development lead at Standard Chartered Bank, with extensive experience in software architecture and business process management. Prior to this role, Sebastiraj served as the Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities included leading Pega practice solutions and managing customer engagements. Previous positions include senior architect roles at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, as well as BPM architect and program manager roles at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications. Sebastiraj began a career in software engineering at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
