Alex Balaguer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the ice cream industry and international markets. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Chapman’s Ice Cream since June 2022 and President of the INTERNATIONAL ICE CREAM CONSORTIUM since 2013, Alex has held various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Farggi La Menorquina from April 2017 to December 2021 and Deputy General Manager and Export Manager at GRUPO KALISE MENORQUINA from 2001 to April 2017. Alex's career also includes significant roles at Chupa Chups from 1994 to 2001, where expertise was gained as an Area Manager for Eastern Europe, Africa, and Central America & the Caribbean, along with the role of Trading Director.
