Tom Callahan is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. Tom represents financial institutions and issuers in securitization and structured finance matters involving numerous asset classes. His experience also includes the representation of bank and nonbank lenders in a variety of domestic and cross-border, secured and unsecured lending transactions, including negotiating, structuring, and documenting credit facilities, including asset-based loans, acquisition financings and other leveraged financings. He also maintains a pro bono practice primarily representing clients from Russia and Ukraine in active asylum and other United States immigration matters.
Tom joined Chapman after practicing law at Am Law 100 and Magic Circle firms.
