Rachael Jensen is a staff attorney in Chapman's National Public Finance Department. Rachael's practice is focused on taxable and tax-exempt financings for hospitals and health care systems, multifamily housing developments, including senior living facilities, and higher education and other not-for-profit institutions.

Prior to joining Chapman, Rachael served as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs/Executive Agency Counsel at the New York City Administration for Children's Services, where she coordinated the agency’s legislative activities and cultivated relationships to support the agency’s goals.
