Paulette Phillips is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago since January 2017, Paulette also holds the position of CEO at BYB Accounting Services since January 2016. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at North Park University and Vice President of Finance at the Professional Convention Management Association, where Paulette managed significant accounting operations and financial reporting. Paulette directed financial operations at Rush University Medical Center and held a managerial position at AT&T (formerly SBC). Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
