Ronald (Chip) Weinberg, Jr. is Managing Director & Principal of Weinberg Capital Group. The Weinberg Capital Group invests in well-positioned middle-market companies looking for additional capital and management expertise to enhance company financial performance and market position.

Prior to joining Weinberg Capital Group, Mr. Weinberg was President of New Channel Direct. Mr. Weinberg has also served as Managing Director of Global Acquisitions and Business Development for Hawk Corporation (AMEX: HWK).

Mr. Weinberg was an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Ohio under the term of Attorney General Lee Fisher.
