Ahmed Najm currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Channel 8, an independent media organization in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where the focus is on providing unbiased news in five languages. Ahmed is also the Founder of inSlemani, a cultural initiative aimed at fostering community engagement among youth. Additional roles include Managing Director at Metrography, where leadership reflects a commitment to the agency's founding vision, and Co-Founder of Vim Foundation, which drives positive change in the region. Ahmed has served in prestigious roles with the World Press Photo Foundation as a Jury Member and General Jury Member, and has an extensive background in journalism as a News Assistant and Fixer. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include founding Zhe Cafe and a technical role at We Are iQ as a Tower Installation Technician.
