Bianca Mercouffer currently serves as Co-Host of the Changing Plates podcast, launched in July 2024 to discuss food's transformative potential with industry leaders. Prior to this role, Bianca worked at Eat Well Global, Inc from March 2020 to July 2024, first as Global Communications Manager, delivering campaigns for over ten clients in the FMCG sector, and previously as Global Communications Coordinator, managing a diverse portfolio of client projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Coordinator at Dr. Oetker, where strategic initiatives increased UK sales by 17%, and as Global Nutrition Manager Assistant at Nomad Foods, contributing to a corporate nutrition strategy and competitor analysis. Bianca holds a Master's degree in International Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Leeds.
