Lisa Boyack has extensive experience in the field of criminal justice, currently serving as the Criminal Justice Strategic Business Development Lead at Changing Lives since September 2009. Throughout their tenure, Lisa has held multiple roles, including Area Manager for Justice Services and for Business Development, as well as Service Manager for Changing Lives for Women, focusing on the needs of women within the criminal justice system and developing interventions to reduce reoffending. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Probation Officer at the National Probation Service in Durham from January 2005 to August 2009. Lisa's educational background includes a Master of Science in Working with Personality Disorder from the Institute of Mental Health, a Diploma in First Line Management from Gateshead College, and a BA Hons in Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
