Dakshita Agarwal currently serves as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Changi Airport Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dakshita worked at Crédit Agricole CIB from January 2018 to March 2024, first as an IT Project Manager and Agile Scrum Master, overseeing the implementation of trade surveillance compliance IT solutions with a focus on Market Abuse Regulation and Detection. Dakshita also held the position of IT Business Analyst, managing projects related to Market Abuse Directive, Margin Control, and KYC Rating simulators, and leading the implementation of the Market Abuse Directive across the organization. Dakshita holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University.
