Karen is responsible for finding the best community ideas from around the world to scale. She is founder of The Cottage Market and joined them from GIY (Grow it Yourself), where she helped scale a brilliant social enterprise. Karen was co-producer and presenter of RTE's Grow Cook Eat television show. Outside work, you'll find Karen with her children Dylan and Saoirse and partner Paul on the beaches of East Cork with their three dogs and flasks of coffee at the ready.
