Benny Johansson is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at ChangeEngine since August 2024, focusing on building and scaling product and engineering teams. Previously, Benny held various roles at tails.com from January 2018 to August 2024, including Head of Software Engineering, overseeing a team of 30 engineers, and Senior Software Engineering Manager, managing teams for product delivery. Benny's career began at ReQtest as a Lead Front-end Developer, followed by positions at Dynabyte, Brandos, and Swedbank, where expertise in front-end development and project management was developed. Benny holds a Master of Science degree in Media Technology with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
