Roberto Ibarra has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a CIM Software Engineer at Foxconn Mexico Precision Industry from September 2007 to January 2010. During this time, they focused on applications development and delivered tools for claims, client requirements, and production and executive reports.

Roberto then worked as a Programmer at AutoZone from March 2010 to October 2011, followed by roles at Speed Commerce. At Speed Commerce, Roberto served as an ATG Developer from October 2011 to February 2012, an ATG Lead Developer from February 2012 to June 2015, and an ATG Solutions Architect from June 2015 to September 2017. In these positions, they were responsible for site development, data migration, system configuration, and performance tuning.

Afterward, Roberto joined e2x Limited as an ATG Developer from February 2018 to July 2018. Roberto then moved to Oracle, where they held multiple roles. Firstly, as a Senior Principal Consultant from July 2018 to August 2022, Roberto provided solution architecture and consulting services for Oracle Commerce. Later on, they worked as a Solutions Architect from September 2022 to March 2023, focusing on consulting and technical solutions for e-commerce projects and leading DevSecOps initiatives.

Currently, Roberto is working at ChangeCX as a Senior Commerce Architect Omni Channel Technology, starting from March 2023.

Roberto Ibarra obtained their Computational Systems Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Delicias in the field of Computer Science. In addition, they have obtained the Oracle CX Commerce 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist certification from Oracle in August 2020.
