Alexandra Roseman is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Interim VP People and previously as Director of People Operations at Change.org since January 2024, Alexandra has a strong background in people operations. Prior roles include Vice President of People at Nomad Health from February 2020 to November 2023 and Director of People Operations at Change.org from July 2016 to February 2020, where Alexandra also served as Human Resources Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Nomura as a Human Resources Specialist and TriNet as a Client Services Associate. Alexandra began the professional journey as a Human Resources Assistant at QBE Insurance. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Finance and Organizational Behavior, from Binghamton University School of Management and is an alumnus of The Bronx High School of Science.
