Renee Ponder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry and customer service operations. Currently serving as a Methodology and Process Consultant at Lyric since November 2013, Renee has also held multiple roles at Change Healthcare, including Operations Supervisor and Client Services Manager. Prior to that, Renee worked as an Account Specialist at HireRight, managing background screening accounts, and as a Trainer at CIGNA, focusing on the education of customer service representatives. Beginning a career as a Senior Representative at T-Mobile, Renee contributed to quality assurance and coaching efforts. Renee holds a High School Diploma from McLain High School and pursued education at Fisk University.
