Nicola Toh currently serves as the Social Worker Lead at Change Grow Live since August 2023. Previously, Nicola held the position of Inclusion Officer and Deputy DSL at Twickenham School from September 2022 to August 2023, as well as Senior Social Worker for the Violence Vulnerability Exploitation Team at Harrow Council for a brief period in 2022. An extensive tenure at London Borough of Hounslow spanned from July 2016 to July 2022, where Nicola worked as a Senior Social Worker in the Adolescent Team and as an Outreach Specialist for the PEACE project, focusing on tackling exploitation through contextual safeguarding and systemic family therapy models. Additional roles included supporting young care leavers as a Social Worker for the Hounslow Leaving Care Team and engaging with young women through empowerment initiatives. Previous experiences include roles at The Prince's Trust, Shepherds Bush Housing Group, and Victim Support, with a foundational education culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of West London.
