Louise Grimshaw is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of People and Head of HR at Change Grow Live since July 2018. Previously, Louise held the position of HR Business Partner at CRI - Crime Reduction Initiatives from September 2014 to June 2018 and worked as an HR Advisor at NSPCC from 2002 to 2010. Louise holds an honours degree in Economics from Northumbria University, completed between 1988 and 1991.
