Luis Espinoza has been working in the food industry for over 15 years. Luis started their career as a project manager at Mondelēz International, where they were responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget. In 2008, they left Mondelēz to join Marquez Brothers International as director of manufacturing operations. Espinoza was responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from raw materials to final product. Luis oversaw the construction of a new manufacturing facility and led the company through a period of rapid growth. In 2014, they left Marquez Brothers to join Amy's Kitchen as plant general manager. At Amy's Kitchen, Espinoza was responsible for managing all aspects of production at the company's largest manufacturing facility. Luis oversaw a period of significant growth and expansion for the company. In 2017, they left Amy's Kitchen to join POSIBL as director of the board of directors. Espinoza is currently COO at Change Foods.
Luis Espinoza has an engineer's degree in food science from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Luis also has a food science degree from Auckland University of Technology. Luis is certified as a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) from the SQF Institute, APICS, and Silliker Laboratories Inc.
