Hendra Kurniawan is an experienced professional in project control and maintenance engineering with a strong background in the petrochemical and construction industries. Currently serving as a Turnaround/Shutdown - Project Controller Maintenance Engineer at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk since August 2017, Hendra leads meetings to communicate project progress and has contributed to developing a comprehensive worklist and coordinating resources for maintenance services. Previously, Hendra held positions as Spare Parts Staff at Hyundai Construction Equipment and Project Officer at PT Prasetia Dwidharma, where responsibilities included inventory management, project progress control, and stakeholder communication. Hendra began a career in project management with an internship at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, focusing on standardizing work improvements. Hendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from BINUS University and an Associate’s Degree in Production and Process Manufacture Engineering from Astra Polytechnic.
