Jean Mauviel has extensive experience in operations and management within the food industry, currently serving as Directeur général and Directeur des opérations at MAISON CHANCERELLE since June 2018. Previously, Jean held multiple key positions at GROUPE D'AUCY from June 2006 to June 2018, including Directeur Branche Viandes and Directeur Stratégie et services Groupe, with a focus on M&A strategy, purchasing, and quality. At BOUTET NICOLAS from May 1991 to June 2006, Jean took on roles such as Directeur and Directeur industriel. Earlier experience includes positions at France glaces Findus and compagnie Saupiquet, as well as a research role at IFREMER. Jean holds an agronomy degree in halieutique from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers and a DESS in business management from IGR-IAE Rennes.
