Tim Chang is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since June 2018, after a year as a Software Engineer at Ampersand. Tim's expertise includes revamping significant features using React.js and TypeScript, developing data visualization tools with AWS Redshift, and collaborating with data science and marketing teams to track key performance metrics. Prior to these roles, Tim completed an internship at Facebook, focusing on front-end development for iOS's search product, and participated in academic research at Johns Hopkins University on computational language models.
