Asha Canady is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Practice Implementation at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since September 2021, Asha previously held multiple positions at Caliber Public Schools from August 2018 to October 2021, including Principal, School Leader, and Assistant Principal. Asha's career began with roles as an English Teacher at St. HOPE Public Schools and Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College-Psychico College, where responsibilities included curriculum development and lesson execution. Asha's educational background includes a Master's degree from the University of Michigan, a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Secondary English from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Occidental College.
