BanuPriya Sridharan is a highly experienced scientific professional with a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and over a decade of expertise in complex cell models and preclinical research. Currently serving as the Scientific Director at Champions Oncology, Inc., BanuPriya focuses on advancing biomarker research and developing in vitro models for cancer research. Prior to this, BanuPriya held pivotal roles at GSK, including Associate Director and Investigator, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of complex models for target validation and the scaling of tumor organoid systems. BanuPriya's academic background includes a postdoctoral position at The Scripps Research Institute and contributions to projects at Immunaccel Labs, the University of Kansas, and Harvard Medical School, highlighting a strong foundation in stem cell technology and regenerative medicine.
