He has served as the Company's President Director since 2007. He earned a Law degree from Kartini University, Surabaya in 1998.

Throughout his professional career, he has held various important positions as HR Manager of several well-known companies in Surabaya from 1983-1995. His career continued as Assistant Managing Director of PT Aneka Kimia Raya (1995-2004) and HR Manager of PT Eco Green Oleo Chemical, Batam (2004-2007).
