Matt Fredericks is a seasoned professional in business development and sales within the electrical and utility sectors. Currently serving as the Director of North American Business Development at Champion Fiberglass, Inc. since February 2021, Matt collaborates with the VP of Sales & Marketing to forge key relationships aimed at boosting market awareness and sales revenue. Previously, Matt held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Upper Midwest Utility Sales from May 2015 to February 2021, representing multiple companies in the Power Utility and Electric Industries. Earlier experience includes an Operations Intern role at American Polywater Corporation, where various administrative tasks were undertaken. Matt holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on Public Affairs and Public Relations from the University of Minnesota Morris, completed in 2014, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Stillwater Area High School in 2010.
