Nermin Zilkic is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support and engineering roles. Currently serving as an IT Engineer at CHAMP Cargosystems since August 2017, Nermin specializes in Unix engineering and backup infrastructure management, alongside data center operations. Prior to this, Nermin held the position of Service Desk Manager at Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation, where responsibilities included providing support for traders and managing calls related to hardware/software support across multiple global offices. Nermin's earlier experience includes roles as an IT Support Specialist and IT Project Officer, where project management and troubleshooting were key functions. Academically, Nermin holds a Master of Science in Information Science from UCL, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Middlesex University, and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Adelaide.
