Prior experience includes roles such as Aircraft Scheduler at Aviation Concepts Logistics Inc. and Customer Service Coordinator at Airlift Asia Inc. Michelle’s career commenced at FedEx Express, where a progressive series of positions culminated in Senior Ramp Tower Controller, focusing on flight operations and logistics.
