Michael Patino is the Managing Director of Patino Associates, a boutique search firm in McLean, Virginia, specializing in the recruitment of senior executives in corporate communications, public affairs, and marketing since November 2008. As Chairman of Chaloner and a Founding Board Member of the Corporate Affairs Search Alliance (CASA), Patino demonstrates extensive leadership in connecting organizations with top corporate affairs talent globally. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart, Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, and positions at the Corporate Executive Board and E.J. Krause & Associates. Patino holds an AB in Sociology from Princeton University, earned in 1996.
