Daniela Tramonte is a seasoned professional in service management and leadership within the community services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Accommodation Services at Challenge Community Services since November 2019, Daniela has previously held significant roles such as Supported Independent Living Manager at Sylvanvale and Area Leader for Northern Sydney at One Door Mental Health, where responsibilities included overseeing integrated service provision and managing programs aimed at supporting individuals with mental health challenges. Daniela has also contributed to Disability Services Australia in various capacities, including Lifestyle Mentoring Manager and Support Worker, and has experience in financial administration from tenure at Nutax Consulting. Daniela holds a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and a Certificate IV in Community Services from TAFE NSW, along with a Diploma in Marketing.
