Vida Aghili is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as a People Experience and Culture Associate at Chalhoub Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing wellbeing and engagement events and creating wellbeing content for internal communication. Prior experience includes roles as a People Experience and Culture Trainee at Chalhoub Group, where collaboration on employee well-being initiatives occurred, and as a Human Resources Intern at Aramex, focusing on candidate engagement and screening. Additionally, experience as an Alumni Relations Officer and Internship & Career Development Coordinator at the University of Dubai involved enhancing alumni connections and coordinating internship opportunities. Vida Aghili holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Dubai, completed in August 2022.
