Andy Mountney has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andy is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Chainlink Labs, where they are responsible for leading the recruitment efforts. Prior to this, they worked at Atlassian as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing a global team and managing specialist teams in areas such as experienced hire, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal mobility. Andy also held roles at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward as the Head of Recruitment, focusing on developing long-term recruitment infrastructure for the company, and at Aspen In-house as a Founding Partner, specializing in recruiting talent for in-house corporate teams. Additionally, they have experience as the Owner of Fiarfly and as the Board Chair of Barnsbury Housing Association. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Napier Wolf, a leading provider of executive search professionals and recruitment consultants, and served as a Non-Executive Director at Raven Housing Trust.

Andy Mountney attended the University of Reading from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a 2.1 degree in Politics and International Relations.
