Oytun Yilmaz is a highly experienced software engineer with a comprehensive background in AI and software engineering. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Chainbloq Labs Inc. since September 2024, Yilmaz previously held multiple leadership roles at BlueCloud, including Global Head of AI and Software Engineering, Practice Lead, and Senior Software Engineer from January 2021 to November 2024. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Bluenet from April 2011 to January 2021 and founding Alka Teknoloji from January 2009 to April 2011. Additional roles include Software Developer at RTCO Iletisim ve Bilgi Sistemleri as a contractor in 2010 and a Software Developer at Veripark from December 2002 to May 2009. Educational qualifications comprise a PhD in Computer Engineering from Marmara University (2012-2021), a Master's in Software Engineering from Boğaziçi University (2009-2011), and a Bachelor's in Physics from Boğaziçi University (2002-2009).
