Jessi Grote, DNP, RN, NPD-BC, currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Iowa Online Nurse Residency Program and co-creator of Stat PD. In addition, Jessi is the Founder and President of Foster Love with Beef, an initiative supporting foster families by providing beef when new children are welcomed. With extensive experience in nursing and education, Jessi has held multiple positions at Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services, including Registered Nurse in Home Health & Hospice, Chief Patient Care Officer, and Director of Quality, Engagement, and Education. Previous roles include Clinical Nurse Education Coordinator at Regional West Health Services and Adjunct Instructor at both the University of Nevada, Reno and Western Nebraska Community College. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University.
