Spencer Testement, PMP, currently serves as a Product Manager for Asset Management at CHA Consulting, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Spencer held various positions at Tyler Technologies from May 2015 to August 2022, including Product Owner for Tyler EAM, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes working as a GIS Contractor for the Georgia Department of Transportation from October 2012 to July 2014 and as a GIS Analyst for Newton County Water from March 2009 to October 2012. Spencer began a career in Geographic Information Systems as an Analyst for Gwinnett County Public Works from February 2008 to June 2009. Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Georgia, obtained from 2004 to 2006.
