Clay Olsen serves as the Director at CH Investment Partners, focusing on direct co-investments in buyout and growth equity transactions as well as GP-led secondary investments since July 2022. Previously, Clay held the role of Chief of Staff at Craneworks, Inc. in 2021 and served as a Board Member for both Davlyn Manufacturing Co. and Alliance Environmental Group during 2019-2020. At ORIX Corporation USA from 2016 to 2020, Clay was a Private Equity Investor, evaluating over 200 investment opportunities and managing junior employees. Clay began the career as an Investment Banker at MHT Partners from 2015 to 2016, engaging in M&A advisory and training new analysts. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
