Kevin James is a seasoned technical writer with significant experience in documentation and communication across various sectors. At CGTech since May 2016, Kevin has led the conversion of user manuals from PDF to HTML, developing documentation standards in line with industry practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Documentation Specialist at Disneyland Resort, where Kevin updated management on software developments and produced training materials for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. Past roles also encompass writing for eAgency, conducting interviews for Ripple Ventures, and research internships in film distribution at Silverline Entertainment. Kevin holds two Master's degrees in Creative Writing and English from Chapman University, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
