Jinyuan Yi (Rachel)

Jinyuan (Rachel) Yi has extensive experience in the healthcare and life science industry, particularly in medical device research and development (R&D). Jinyuan (Rachel) has held various roles at different companies, starting with an internship at Hudson in October 2017. Jinyuan (Rachel) later became an associate consultant and eventually a consultant specializing in the recruitment of mid to senior-level positions in the medical device R&D sector. During their time at Hudson, they identified and developed business opportunities, maintained long-term client relationships, conducted candidate pre-selection, and participated in candidate offer negotiations and onboarding.

In 2018, Jinyuan joined CGL Consulting Co., Ltd as a consultant. Their responsibilities included executive search and project management in medical device R&D and quality assurance and regulatory affairs (QARA) functions.
