Jessica Ji is a Senior Consultant at CGL Recruiting, specializing in private equity and venture capital recruitment since July 2020. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Panda Restaurant Group from November 2018 to July 2019, where Jessica managed 22 employees, oversaw operational processes, and successfully achieved a 25.4% same-store sales growth. Earlier, as a Project Coordinator at THE EGG HOUSE from April 2018 to October 2018, Jessica conducted market research and coordinated a high-profile event.
