Nouhaila BAKKALI currently holds the position of Chargée RH at CGI since February 2023. Previously, Nouhaila worked as Chargée de Recrutement at Groupe Edito (Sapress, Sochepress, Warak) for a brief period in May to June 2022 and served as Assistant Human Resources Officer at DHL Express from April to June 2021. Nouhaila's experience includes recruitment processes, such as job posting, sourcing actions, managing phone pre-qualifications, conducting HR interviews, and following up on applications. Additionally, Nouhaila has participated in administrative HR tasks, including managing personnel records and assisting in payroll and social analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Regional Governance from Université Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah-Fès (2021), a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution (2019), and a Baccalauréat in Physical Sciences from Lycée Youssef Bno Tachafin (2016).
