Ela Sharma is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant/Senior Business Analyst at CGI since December 2022, Ela previously held roles as a Tribe Enabler/Product Owner at Spark New Zealand and as a Digital Business Analyst at Datacom. Ela started a career at Infosys, progressing through various positions including Business Analyst, Technology Lead, and Senior System Engineer over more than a decade. Ela holds a Master of Science in Software and System from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
